CHIMNEYS THAT MATCH SOUTHLAKE HOMES

Southlake homes don’t come to play. Most have at least two fireplaces: one inside, one out on the patio. You’ll see brick colonials near Town Square, limestone builds tucked into Timarron, and big outdoor fireplaces built for cookouts and cool nights. The look changes from street to street, but the weather doesn’t care. And we’ve seen damage ranging from surface-level to too far gone:

THOROUGH INSPECTIONS

Our Southlake crew inspects everything, from the crown to the firebox. We use cameras to look deep inside, spots most folks never see from the ground. If we find cracks or soft spots, we fix or seal them before heat or water makes them worse.

CAPS AND DAMPERS

We swap out rusted or cracked caps for stainless or copper ones that actually fit tight.

If the damper’s not closing right, we’ll fix it or put in a new one so you’re not losing heat through the flue.

MASONRY AND FLASHING

When we patch brick or mortar, we match the color so it fits the house. Then we reseal the flashing to keep water out when the next storm hits.

It’s a small fix that prevents much bigger damage later.

FIREPLACE INSTALLS

Our CSIA-certified crew goes through everything, step by step, piece by piece. Checking for leaks, bad seals, or anything blocking the vent.

If you’re upgrading, we install new fireplaces built to meet NFPA-211 and Texas code, safe and ready to use.
