Chimney Cleaning and Inspection Fee: Our service includes a thorough chimney cleaning to remove creosote buildup and debris, followed by a detailed inspection of key chimney and fireplace components. This inspection covers the exterior masonry, flashing, chimney cap, and essential fireplace areas such as the damper, firebox, and hearth to ensure everything is in proper working condition. The starting fee for both cleaning and inspection is $250, payable at the conclusion of the appointment. If immediate services are performed, or future work related to the same visit is approved, a $99 credit will be applied to the total. Please note, if a camera inspection is needed, there is an additional fee of $100. Appointment Window: We offer a 3-hour arrival window for your appointment, during which you can expect our technician to arrive. Your patience and flexibility are appreciated.
